I guess I just couldn't stay away =)

The time away has been a help, no pressure, time to think about my family.

Zack turns 1 next month. I am still struggling, anxiety more than depression but I have my first counselling session tomorrow morning and have just been referred to HomeStart for some help. Things are slowly moving in the right direction.

I'll leave it at that for now, trying to stop Zack from climbing off the sofa (on to the table) and about ready to finish doing my dinner.
