Crackington Haven rocks
Today we visited Crackington Haven for a circular walk along the coastal footpath and back through the woods. Although the weather was good ie sunny or cloudy it was blowing a gale so we had to take great care along the coastal footpath. Crackington Haven has a rock formation named after it - the Crackingham Formation, a fractured shale that is twisted and contorted, see photo.
Earlier in the day l took some photos of the upright ducks and young goats (two weeks old), that live on the farm where we are staying.
