Heavenly Deli

It's been a packed day of sightseeing in Rome today, including the Coliseum, Palantine Hill, the Forum and the Jewish quarter. Impossible to choose one photo to share from so many wonderful sights, so I've chosen instead one taken from our hotel's fantastic roof terrace where we enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco as the sun set over St Peter's Basilica. It's the kind of photo I really love - down to earth but with such a lot going on. I just love the dog taking a look at the many delights inside. The choice of wine, cheese and meats is to die for!
