Back in the ward

Euan and me headed for the hospital at 11am today Gavin was in good spirits considering what was ahead of him.They took him down to theatre at 1.15,while he was having the operation we went for a bite to eat then went to cafe 90 for a coffee,we went to the recovery room at 4.30 he had to get more pain relief before he was allowed back to the ward.This was taken at 5.15 when he was settled in his bed on ward seven the nurses and doctors have been so nice they cant do enough for you,his gran and grandad are going in to visit him tonight,i would like to thank all of you for your kind words and for your support it is very much appreciated,just of the phone to cheryl he is awake and talking away to his grandad so its all good,boy what a day:)
