The Copse near Codsall

I've photographed this copse a number of times, but never before on the way home from work.  The late light gives it a completely different feel.  In the morning it is usually backlit.

Had a most unusual approach to my annual personal development review (PDR) today, walking around the boundary of Weston Park, at times being drenched in heavy rain showers.  Have to say it was the most memorable of any PDRs I've had, and I came away with a positive attitude and outlook for the next year.  Now for the task of creating the same positive outcome with my team members.
