Pleased with detour

I was listening to something on the radio in the car on my home and was approaching the town where reception is very bad. I turned off on to an alternative road so I could continue listening, and I happened to spot this duck on a pond. I've never seen one before and from what I can find, it is a Muscovy Duck.  

No more rain today, but still cold and windy. Tomorrow there is snow in the forecast.
