Bangour Village Hospital

We went for a family walk round the old and derelict BVH site.

It was quite poignant as I used to work in the Central Kitchens at weekends around 25 years ago and the FiL worked here in maintenance until it closed and he transferred to St Johns.

The site was like something from The Walking Dead. All the old wards and buildings were boarded up with 'Danger Keep Out' signage everywhere.

It's such a shame as its a very historic part of the area.

It was quite spooky at times.
