Glen Etive
Up and away hillwalking this morning.
I was walking solo as my other two reprobates couldn't make it.
Arrived at the starting point down Glen Etive and was walking for 09:45.
Weather started if ok but above 800 metres I had four seasons in one day. For the best part though it was high winds and horizontal rain.
Once you are soaked all the way through you can't get any wetter.
Took me almost 10 hours (and over 37,000 steps) to complete my 251st and 252nd Munro.
Ben Starav & Beinn nan Aighenan were ticked off the list.
30 hills to go until I complete my first round.
On my way out the Glen I met a herd of females. I found an apple in my bag which I gave this little beauty.
She seemed to like it.
