Wollaton Hall

After our night in York, we headed for Nottingham - we had a night booked at Restaurant Sat Bains to celebrate our wedding anniversary, complete with a 7-course taster menu, bed & breakfast.

We had a bit of time to kill beforehand so we headed here to Wollaton Hall & Natural History Museum for a wander and a walk in the sunshine. Gorgeous day.

The restaurant lived up to my expectations - the food was out of this world, I found myself eating things I never dreamed I'd try, the service was impeccable, and our suite for the night was divine. And breakfast the next day was AMAZING too. Well worth the visit! :-)
