The mystery dinner was sweet potato and chickpea curry with basmati rice.  This is almost a miracle, as in all the years I've known him Mr K has avoided it like the plague, saying he hates it.  It's my favourite food but way too hot for him (even a korma?!).  It was delicious!  I'm still in shock! He not only cooked it, he ate it too!  :-)
