Barkcour

Elaine: Gorge walking with Max this morning (okay, so it was a wee stream with gently rising slopes of less than a meter) slipped and pulled a muscle in her back. Of course she did, another day, another fall. This one hurts.

Dave: Engaged in hardcore parkbarkcour at Haddo this afternoon with Max, bouncing off trees at hair raising heights (10 cm of the ground) and climbing great inclines (a wee pile of chuckies) at great speed (well, it was a sort of a run).

Tess: Pippy longstocking pleats akimbo as she lipped synced for her life to some tunes whilst attempting to jog in time with Beth and Max at Haddo

Sam: back up winglead man, photographer and last to finish his take away lemon drizzle cake from Mrs Smiths.
