... and the pitch

Colby was the starting pitcher at tonights game. I think he did an amazing job, considering it was his first time pitching to a real batter. Practicing with BJ or pitching into the pitchback is so different than the real deal.

The pressure didn't seem to bother him either. The constant chatter by his coach (ugh) and BJ (his pitching coach) only amplified my stress felt for my boy! But he pushed through, tuned the chatter out and made some pretty sweet pitches!

I'm a pretty proud Mom.
