Mmmm, there is nothing like a fresh tomato sandwich, a touch of mayo, salt and pepper - delicious!

I am so anxious for our garden to provide us with the freshest of veggies. It's one of life's simple pleasures, but it's also one that I truly miss in the winter months. There is something to be said for growing and harvesting your own food, for some reason, it just tastes better!

Sure I can get "Backyard Farms" tomatoes grown in Madison year round in their 23 acre greenhouse.... it's just not the same.

So for now, I say "grow tomatoes, grow"....
