Bath (nth time)

Today was the start of our actual trip around the south of England. We arrived at the bus stop in time before the rain started pouring. Vlady was quite amused that the driver was handing out chocolates to the passenger and asked me if that was a normal scenario in buses. Unfortunately it isnt. That was the first time that I have been handed out a candy in a bus ride either. Journey was quick and we arrived at Bath before 11am.

We headed straight to the Roman Baths where I got to visit the Museum again for the 3rd time. Walking into the different rooms made me feel like a Roman again (or Minerva lol ).

We then walked up to the Royal Crescent Townhouses (See Extra Photos: Credit Vlady Kobayashi). There were apparently a lot of notable residents in the townhouses. There was a museum at the first townhouse but we didnt bother to get inside.

We headed to the Pulteney Bridge afterwards (See Extra Photos : Credit Vlady Kobayashi). My most favourite part in Bath. It is still as beautiful as the first time I saw it. I treated Vlady to an afternoon tea with scones in one of the tea rooms on the bridge. The sun was out after our break and so we headed back to the front of the Roman Baths and took a seat in one of the benches while basking under the sun and listening to the opera singer in the plaza. She sounded so good and we could not leave her without giving some donation.

There arent much that you can do in Bath so we were very early at the train station. I was so tired when we arrived at our hostel in Salisbury after walking for 11 mins and taking a bus ride. Nevertheless, all in all, it was a good day.
