A still morning at the lake
Advised by my GP yesterday to try some magnesium, I slept better and felt more refreshed this morning. Got to North Shore Hospital early, and took a quiet walk to the edge of the lake, where there is a private jetty. I often see fishers there. Fishermen and women, and also shags, use this jetty.
I often wonder how many of the people who enjoy this lake know that it is in an explosion crater of a volcano.
Fridays are always busy, and today was no exception. So I was glad to get home. Where I was in plenty of time to watch the sunset and get the photo I have posted as an extra.
