"Before"

This is the grotty old house that various of my relatives have lived in over the years and I was born in.   I have featured it a few times as I have gradually arranged  for jungle of a garden to be cleared, the house to be emptied and the rats to be killed.    When I first blipped it in Feb 2014 the plan had been to sell it to developers.  Since then my brother and I decided to become developers ourselves. This may be the last view of it in its near derelict state because we have builders starting next week, to convert it into 5 flats.  I also wanted to view the branch that came down in Storm Katy that we are very lucky did not damage next door's fence. I need to arrange a tree man.
