Reunion!

Mum and I couldn't agree who was going to do today's blip so we decided that we would share it. Me first!  

Dolly's blip:
Today we took our friend M to visit our mutual friend Queenie!!  Queenie lives near Bath but used to live near us. Mum and I visited her a few weeks ago (Jan 20 blip) but M had not seen her in several years so it was a happy reunion!  When Mum arranged the visit, Queenie said, "You WILL be bringing Dolly, WON'T you!!?"  Mum said it sounded more like a command than a question!  I've known Queenie since I was a puppy as she was one of my first mum's best friends. I was so happy to see her!  Queenie has joined in the recent craze of colouring and was showing us some of her projects.

On our way to visit our friend Queenie, we stopped in the nearby village of Lacock. The entire village as well as Lacock Abbey are owned by the National Trust. Both the village and the Abbey have been used in many movies and TV period dramas including Harry Potter, Cranford and some Jane Austen films. We had lunch at the Red Lion pub, which had almost as many dogs as human guests. After lunch we had a brief time to look around and take some pictures before heading to Queenie's home.
