Sticky

I had a few friends over for dinner this evening.  The dessert was courtesy of local celebrity chef (from The Fat Duck, in Bray, Berkshire), Heston Blumenthal.  This is his Sticky Toffee Apple Sponge Pudding.  Served with Clotted Cream ice-cream and/or Double Cream.  
Very yummy!
