Tragedy in miniature

Butterflies again, This tiny beauty I found on the road, next to its obviously dead mate, both must have been hit by a car. I picked it up very carefully and thought it was just alive, but by the time I got home to the camera, it was lifeless.
 
Back to the grindstone, then driving down to Rio in the evening.
