Very proud of The Teen's contribution this weekend, as evidenced by the T-Shirts. Two completely different elements of her character but both showing a great commitment!

My role was more as the taxi driver but the wonderful turn out to Lincoln 10K today inspired me to cover 7K this afternoon. No coughing or wheezing so hopefully the bugs are pretty much gone. Felt it though after nearly 2 weeks of no CV! Creaky knees. And my mother declared me to be "the fifty side of forty" today! It may be true but...
