More Birds

This is a new bird for me so I was thrilled to get a shot of this distinctive and striking looking male Bobolink in the grass.   See the extra for a lovely butterfly - so happy to see them today. 

Today was day 2 of our BoBB blipmeet and it was another spectacular day. We were up early and out to the Sweetwater Wetlands Park followed by a few hours on the La Chua Trail.  Seven miles and 8 hours later we returned to the hotel for a little downtime, perusal of hundreds of images, blip posting and now we are off to dinner.
