what to do on the second last day of the holidays when the weather is particularly freezing and snowy, sunny, snowy, sunny, windy, snowy, sunny...?

we went to stonehaven just for an auntie betty's ice-cream and nothing else. poor beth went to ronan's but had to come home within an hour with a migraine.

then home to make spinach and ricotta cannelloni for us and the martin's. first time I've made cannelloni - it was ace. I'll sicken the family with it now I know how to make it.
