The seriousness of work - Monday

I kinda think the workplace should be categorised by smiles and enjoyment. This doesn't mean I don't take work seriously, I do. It just means that there's too many folk that seem to make it their life's purpose to walk about looking miserable. 

I decided this week will be a themed one for me on the subject of "The seriousness of work." 

I'm asking my subject to think about an element of their work that is extremely important and then bring this to their pose. 

This chap smiles a lot. Here he is being reflective.
