It was a mammoth session this evening and I only arrived home at twenty to eleven. It is a good job I'm off tomorrow because I'm knackered. I ache all over after my fall yesterday and I can't touch my elbow without screaming in agony...well maybe I exaggerate slightly, but it is bloody painful! I feel like an old woman :(
