SURPRISE!!!

The pigeons have provided a lot of entertainment today.
Clearly 'courting'.
I wouldn't be impressed with this particular specimen's tactics.  The female of the species was not impressed and simply flew away before he got his pecker up!!!!

GP appointment was cancelled this morning, after i got to the surgery.  There was a major traffic incident on the motorway near us and 4 of the doctors were stuck in the tailbacks.  Fingers crossed for tomorrow that the newly rescheduled appointment isn't scuppered.

Made the most amazing shredded beef in barbecue sauce in the slow cooker.  I should have bought a bigger piece of brisket - we ate the lot between the 3 of us.
