Barred and Beautiful

It was pure magic watching this barred owl fly silently in onto the branch in the early light with the sounds of the wildlife carrying over the water as we motored down the river. I had to blip him as I'm mad about owls anyway as most of you had gathered :)

Fantastic river cruise with Wade and Jen, Debs and Hubs on Crystal River. Not a monkey in sight but we had so many wonderful things to see on the journey that it really didn't matter.

Not able to upload my blip for today as my card reader has gone caput! However got a new one this morning so am back blipping yesterday's shot.
