On your bike....

I love the fact that less than 2km away from my front door I am in the middle of nowhere!

Farm roads, hills, sheep and lambs in the fields and the sun is shining!

I am also amazed that when I ride my bike I have zero back pain yet when I walk, every step is bloody agony!
