Repeat Prognosis

Had to book a same day appointment with the GP this morning as the backache was unbearable last night.

More painkillers was all they could offer.

I took L to football class and had a wee half hour in the gym but had to come out.

Did manage to get the back garden lawn cut whilst L was at Rainbows.

Physiotherapy assessment booked for tomorrow. Had to go private as NHS waiting time is too long.
