Action Heart.

Another Friday rolls around bringing another Action Heart session with it.

This week, however, we're graced with the presence of Ruth and her six week old daughter. It is Ruth who inducted me into Action Heart and as it seems to be getting me fit I must thank her for what she did. I forgot to ask her when and if she's coming back but I expect looking after her own child is more important.
