Hi, Physivic reporting for the last time for now.

We had a very early start this morning, breakfast and suitcases packed at 6am to leave hotel just after 7am for the ferry. When J got to the dining room for breakfast she saw the sunrise so dashed out with the camera to get this shot, walking round the bay with the hope of getting the sun behind the tower but it went behind the cloud before she got there.

The ferry crossing was very good and felt very quick because we all fell asleep. We got to Heysham at 10.30, only an hour and a half from home but we had to do a long route first. When the driver wasn't looking I had a go at driving the bus, see extra. 

We had an hour in Carnforth and saw the station where brief encounter was filmed. Then we had an hour and a half at a garden centre, what joy! We got back to Stretton early so had a two hour wait for the feeder coach as others were held up in traffic. We finally got home at 6.50pm, a rather long journey! J and H then took me out for a Chinese buffet meal.

I've had a wonderful week and lots of adventures. Now it is time for me to go to sleep until J and H meet again as I am a tired little bear. Thankyou for sharing my journey.
