No choice

It wasn't my intention.
I came home, then went to the dentist. Came home again and decided that I should tidy up, carry some heavy boxes, that sort of stupid thing.
Now am flat out with usual abdominal pain and my back has gone again.
The only upside is being off my face on codeine!
