Pelicans....

....at Kemah Boardwalk. Another beautiful day, so we all piled in the car to go see what the Boardwalk was all about. It was packed with people, as not only do they have the walkway along the water, but also restaurants, rides, shops, boaters, and just for today, a car show featuring Chevy cameros and a (really bad) band!  We had fun walking around, people watching, eating lunch, and watching the huge, expensive yachts going out onto the ocean! The baby was amazing, even without her usual nap----she didn't get fussy until we were just about done with lunch & as soon as her dad took her out of her stroller and sat her on his lap she was all smiles!  She cried a little when we were just about home, but that stopped too as soon as grandpa started whistling to entertain her!  It's good to have some skills--never know when it might come in handy!! :))
