Your Can't Beet This!

Our friends hosted a surprise birthday party for M at The Mission Bistro in Stevensville...her birthday is the 28th and we'll be in Oklahoma. She was thrilled!
The 3-beet salad opened my choice of rack of lamb....and it's scrumptious! Nestled in its avocado cup and topped with sprouts, t'was delish!

Tomorrow we take off for Salt Lake to fetch Barbara. I hope to comment from the road and add some pix, but one never knows....
