Cookie Shots

I'm grateful for deconstructed classical desserts.

I'm an absolute sweet-tooth and according to me, a meal isn't completed without a delicious dessert at the end. And I love trying new things. Today, we discovered a new cafe. I ordered this cookie shot as dessert and it was delicious. They serve a chocolate chip cookie in the shape of a shot glass with hot milk. You first pour the hot milk in and wait for it to melt the chocolate. Afterwards, when the chocolate melts and mixes a bit with the milk, you slosh down the milk and then eat the crispy cookie with creamy chocolate.
