Training day

Ferelith, my cycling companion on the forthcoming trip to France, came to stay with us so that we can cycle together and do some serious planning! We did a 45 miles trip round Peebles in great weather and beautiful countryside (extra) - followed by a lot of internet searching and map perusal over a glass of wine. Great day!
