Diamonds....

...are the theme for this week's Mono Monday challenge, kindly hosted by by davidc. I don't have much jewellery that contains diamonds except my engagement ring.
Looked around for inspiration and went into the garden thinking about my diamond shaped trellis ( which has already been done beautifully on MM18 ) so then started looking at my plants.
Found the leaves on my lupins scattered with 'nature's diamonds' as they were covered with tiny and recent raindrops.
To my dismay l also discovered that the recent overnight frosts have burnt one side of the plant that last week had a sudden growth spurt in the recent warm weather,
It will recover, they always do, (she said hopefully).
