Fallen

This photo of a blossom that had fallen off the tree is the only one that I took the entire day. I apologise for the lack of effort but while I was at work this morning, I'd been so worried about my cockatiel Mieke, who had managed to injure her right wing and one of the toes on her right foot yesterday evening, that I could only think of getting back to the apartment as quickly as possible to see how she was doing. Just to be on the safe side that she hadn't done any serious damage, I wanted to get her checked by the vet and hoped that we would have been able to see her today but the earliest appointment I could get was for tomorrow evening at 6pm.
