Reflections

It's that lake again, Lake Windermere, but much further around today. We walked from Windermere to Ambleside today, we had to retrace our steps at one point when we realised we had gone wrong. Then we were bombarded with a snowstorm, no photo to prove it, too busy trying to get off the hillside. There was nowhere to shelter. After that, the sun came out again. We arrived in Ambleside with 4 minutes to wait for the next bus back to Windermere. It was an open topper but we chose not to go upstairs. You do get a running commentary on the bus, though pointing out all the places of interest, not bad on our free bus passes.
