well the sun is out but it was cold

I got the letter to day to got to have some teeth out under sedation at the hospital a week to day so I might miss next Thursday

Keith is doing a triathlon a week on Sunday so he is getting his bike ready. I was going to cheer him on but with having my teeth out I will have to give it miss this time
