Keith went out early this morning to get bits for a full English and all so cooked it but left me the washing up

I have been tidying up as I have the book club here to night and it will be the first time we have had a group of visitors so it is a test for rocky to see how he gets on

Tomorrow as usual me and Rocky will be billy no mates as keith is going to see the course for his triathlon

So the day is ours some tea on the seafront I think or a duvet day will see when I wake up
