A slice of Lesley's life

Butter wouldn't melt

Well, not when you're holding my favourite toy and I think you might give it to me. Oh, sorry you wanted me to walk straight over the main road and not stop dead still in the middle of the zebra crossing because I was cross you weren't taking me to the park?

Little does she know I have a session with a trainer booked for Saturday morning. I am well aware the trainer is really here for us and not her but if it means we can head off to the wilds of Spain the summer and have some vague hope she will pay more attention to us than some holiday romance it will be worth it. Yeah, I know...but I'm an optimist.

What else? A little light work. A little light tidying. An interesting session running through the mini manifestos of the London Mayoral candidates with Jackson. Out of 12 we narrowed them down to definitely no's and maybe's. We ended up with what you would probably call the 4 main parties in our maybe's.

And a lovely evening introducing our houseguest, MrB, to the Exploding Kittens. It may have caused a small explosion in his head but he did win.
