Molar abstraction

Looking at my day, I thought - no chance of an abstract blip today, and certainly no chance of a black and white with a splash of colour blip.

I don't do processing (I have no idea how), so my abstracts have to be "as it is". I've downloaded Affinity Photo for a 10 day trial, I'll see if I've got time to try it out. Meanwhile ......

My day actually started at the dentist, a routine check-up. I have had the same dentist for going on 28 years, wherever I have lived and worked. Tom is good, and whilst I don't enjoy all the poking around, he is very reassuring.

He suggested an x-Ray, it's been three years since I last had one. After he had finished (all OK) he showed me the x-Ray on his PC. And I thought - it's black and white with a splash of colour (top and bottom edges), how weird is that. I asked if I could take a photo with my phone.

So here it is.  I guess this is a kind of abstract selfie.
