Spring Scilla and Autumn leaves

The snow has gone but it’s still cold so there aren’t so many flowers. However, these scilla that have appeared have pushed their way up through the leaves of last autumn. One of the benefits of the cold spring is that the flowers are hanging around for a long time.
Today was spent mostly in the office, doing work work until about 5 o’clock and then doing my tax returns until the library closed and I took that as a signal to leave the office and get outside. The good news is that the tax returns were completed and digitally signed before I headed for home!
