Istanbul Day 3

This day was spent roaming the area of Sultanahmet, which is by far the most visited area of Istanbul. First we saw the hippodrome square which has historical significance and then we saw the majestic Blue Mosque. We spent quite alot of time in the mosque, watching its beauty, reflecting and praying. Then we shopped at the nearby souvenir shops and decided to head to the Topkapi palace. There the queue at the ticket booth was so long that we decided to skip it.

We reached the hotel in the evening and then we decided to go out for shopping and dinner.
