Early morning start in the gym to fight still a bit the "jetlag" before heading off to the offices and experiencing the frenzy Bangalore morning traffic.

The traditional welcome ceremony with the floral wreath (haar, mala), the colour dot on the forehead (tilak), lighting the candles and of course taking a group picture, was a very gentle and peaceful way to start the business day.

Presentations, discussions and a nice walk through the campus before lunch. Tasty lunch buffet and further meetings in the afternoon until 0330pm when we had a short town hall meeting with all employees working for us in this Offshore Delivery Centre.

Hitting the road afterwards again to arrive at the hotel at 6pm. Got changed within 15 minutes and out again walking to the stadium nearby to eat a bite and to watch the cricket game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders. My first cricket game ever. I learned a lot about the game from AC and was truly impressed how emotional and cheerful such a 3.5hour game is and very interesting if you know the key rules. Could not take my camera with me into the stadium, so an iPhone photo is my blip today.

Back at the hotel at midnight, a Kingfisher night cap, last e-mails and a few hour of sleep before business day two starts.
