Sweet ending

This weekend has been just perfect, it seemed a shame to come home.

That said....there's nothing to beat home comforts. I'm particularly looking forward to stretching out in our bed tonight!

This evening we met up with Mr A's family for a meal in honour of Papa A's birthday.

The food (& company) was great, I really enjoyed dessert which was a lemon curd with creme brûlée topping, served with meringue and a raspberry and sorrel sorbet.
