Moth infestation

Well for the first time in the 10 yrs we've lived in Discovery Bay, today we witnessed a moth infestation, which was actually rather lovely. They look more like butterflies, but Ev, my entomologist friend, assures me that they are moths.

I kinda began chasing a few, there were so many, but the ones that were still, were high up on walls/columns, so couldn't get any pics of them. I gave up after a while.

Then after my quick shop, I met up with a friend and low and behold, the one free table in the Plaza that I headed to, had this poor wee little thing just lying there. Ev said it was dead :( hope it had a happy life. Could enter this for Tiny Tuesday but it is a dead thing ... don't feel right about it.
