Peeling Spuds, the hard way!!

L getting the lunch ready, she peels vegetables by holding the knife in her dodgy right hand and then turn the potato or whatever against the knife. Slow, but she gets there! Why don't I do them? Well she wants to overcome her handicap and takes the challenge and feels much better for managing herself. Some things are impossible, (getting jam out of the jar for example) and I of course do those. Horrid weather today, grey and cold, wet forecast for later. take care.
