Hartley Homes

A complex of 20 one bedroom bungalows, the Hartley Homes were former almshouses for the poor. 
Erected by Sir William Pickles Hartley, founder of the Hartley's jam and preserves empire, and Lady Hartley, they were presented to their native town of Colne in 1911.
I quite liked the Blip I did of the entrance - so I have put it in as a extra :-)
