Good Grief 163

Body says 'no'
Not sure where it all begins and ends, or what it is that is beginning or ending but sometimes, when I try to do something more 'normal', my body says no. I was listening a bit to 'left/right brain' stuff last night ... I nodded off and my body slipped into an unusual brief sleep which said a lot probably .... body began to say 'no'.
I woke with a raging sore throat at 4am. Needing to try to keep working having just started my new Friday regime, after the exhaustion of last week, after last Friday, with tomorrow's anniversary of our wedding day, with trying to make it more 'normal' and realising it isn't - I've cancelled my friend's visit this weekend. I just want to be quiet.
